Here, everyone has the opportunity to report unethical behavior, share concerns.

Reports received through this channel will be investigated based on the following principles:

  • All investigations will be conducted independently and impartially;
  • All reports received, including anonymous ones, will be treated confidentially;
  • Good-faith reporters will never suffer retaliation;
  • Reports lacking sufficient information may be closed due to lack of details;

This channel is operated by an independent structure.

Ethics Committee

Ethics Committee is the body responsible for ensuring that PASB policies are respected and followed by all stakeholders.

This Committee has the following main responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all reports received through this channel are properly evaluated and addressed;
  • Promote the dissemination of the Code of Ethics and its application across all our activities;
  • Deliberate on the outcomes of investigations, monitor their resolution, and oversee the implementation of improvement actions;
  • Encourage the delivery of training sessions and support awareness on the topics covered in our policies and rules;
  • Sponsor the continuous improvement of PASB's Compliance Program;
